Bayt Al Hayat Learning is an educational application intended to help users learn and discover Arabic through books, reading tools, listening, translation, vocabulary features, notes, and other educational functionality. The service is currently offered as a free public Beta.

During the Beta period, registered users may receive free access to features that may later be modified, restricted, discontinued, or offered under different conditions. Free Beta access does not guarantee that the service or every feature will remain free permanently. If paid services are introduced in the future, users should be informed before any payment is required. No payment should be charged merely because a user participated in the free Beta.

Some functionality requires an account. Users are responsible for providing accurate information where required and for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Users should not attempt to access another user's account or circumvent application security.

Users must not: • Use the service for unlawful purposes. • Attempt to interfere with or compromise the service or its security. • Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to accounts, administrative areas, databases, or infrastructure. • Abuse automated functionality or intentionally overload the service. • Copy, redistribute, exploit, or misuse application content in violation of applicable rights.

Bayt Al Hayat Learning provides educational tools and content. Translations, automated features, and other learning assistance may occasionally contain inaccuracies or errors. Users should therefore treat automated assistance as a learning aid rather than an infallible source.

The application interface, original educational materials, branding, design, and other original materials made available through Bayt Al Hayat Learning may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Books, quotations, historical texts, and other third-party or public-domain materials remain subject to whatever rights and legal status apply to those respective works. Nothing in these Terms should claim ownership over third-party or public-domain material merely because it appears in the application.

Because the service is in Beta, it may contain bugs, interruptions, incomplete functionality, or other issues. Features and content may be changed, added, removed, or temporarily unavailable as the product evolves.

The Beta is provided for educational and testing purposes. While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain the service and users' saved information, uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of Beta data cannot be guaranteed.

Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, security, applicable rights, or to respond to misuse of the platform.

These Terms may be updated as Bayt Al Hayat Learning develops. Material changes should be reflected by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use after updated Terms become effective may be subject to the revised Terms as permitted by applicable requirements.
